Digital Products (Ebooks)
All digital products (ebooks, PDF downloads) are non-refundable due to the nature of digital goods. Once purchased and downloaded, these products cannot be returned.
However, we stand behind the quality of our work. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase, please contact us at rich@richabbott.com within 7 days of purchase and we’ll resolve the issue.
Physical Products (Paperback Books)
Paperback books purchased through Amazon are subject to Amazon’s return policy. Please contact Amazon directly for returns or refunds of physical books.
For books purchased directly from richabbott.com (if applicable), we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Course Materials & Bundles
Digital course materials and product bundles are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If you have not yet accessed the materials, contact us within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.
